DELIVERY

All about shipping and delivery times

Delivery is free for orders over PLN 250. For orders below this amount, the delivery cost is PLN 11.99. We only ship via InPost courier.

We ship exclusively by InPost courier to the address provided when placing the order.

Orders placed by 6:00 PM on business days are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 6:00 PM are shipped the next business day.

Delivery time is 1-2 business days from the moment of dispatch.

After your parcel has been dispatched, InPost will send you a notification with information about the shipment status. You can track it in the InPost app on your phone or on the inpost.pl website. On the day of delivery, the courier will contact you, so you can arrange a convenient time or place for collection if you are not at home.

Questions about placing orders and payment methods

We accept payments via BLIK and all methods available through the Przelewy24 system, including payment cards and bank transfers.

Yes, you can change or cancel your order within one hour of making the payment. Write to us at hello@montesleep.com or contact us via the chat in the bottom right corner of the page. After this time, the order goes into fulfillment and we cannot make changes.

Check your spam or promotions folder. If the message is not there, write to us at hello@montesleep.com, and we will check the status of your order.

RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS

Questions about returns, exchanges, and complaints

We offer a 30-night money-back guarantee. If the mask doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 nights of purchase, provided it is unused, unwashed, free of cosmetic marks, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Before returning the mask, please write to us at hello@montesleep.com, describing the product's condition and the reason for the return. After verification, we will send you a code for shipping the package via InPost. We cover the return costs.

After receiving and verifying the returned product, funds will be refunded to your account within 5-7 business days, using the same payment method as used for the purchase.

Each mask undergoes a manual quality control check before shipping, so product damage on our part is out of the question. In rare cases, the packaging may be damaged by the courier during transport. If the package arrived in poor condition, take photos of the packaging and the product immediately upon receipt and write to us at hello@montesleep.com within 48 hours. We will file a complaint with InPost and send you a new mask immediately, without waiting for the resolution of the matter with the courier.
